FAQs

  • What is the price range of your gowns?
    Our gowns range between $1000 and $2,500 with the average gown valued between $1,500 and $1,700. When you arrive for your appointment, your stylist will help you choose gowns in a price range where you’re most comfortable. While we never push you to spend more than your budget, you are always free to try on any gown in the shop.
  • When should I start dress shopping?
    Ideally, you should begin your gown search 9-12 months before your wedding. This schedule allows you to find your dream dress and obtain any alterations that you may (and most likely will) require. It generally takes between 4-6 months for your gown to be constructed by the designer. Special rush orders can be placed on some gowns for an additional fee. Your bridal stylist can further explain your options.
  • What sizes do you carry?
    Our sample gowns range from size 16 to 34. Be aware that bridal sizes are a little different than everyday sizes. You can expect that your bridal size will be a few sizes over your everyday size. (Ex: a woman who wears a size 20 in pants may wear a size 24 in a wedding gown.)
  • What are your store hours?
    Store hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. However, we believe in being very accommodating to our brides and their families. For this reason, we can offer after-hours appointments under certain circumstances. Please call or text 615.722.7433 to request your appointment.
  • Do you take walk-ins?
    At this time, Eleven Bridal is an APPOINTMENT ONLY boutique and cannot accommodate walk-ins. In order to best take care of our clients, an appointment is required. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Do you carry bridesmaid, mother of the bride/groom, or prom dresses?"
    At this time, we only carry bridal gowns.
  • Do you offer in-house alterations?
    At this time, Eleven Bridal does not offer in-house alterations. However, we have handpicked the most talented bridal and formalwear specialists to handle all of your alterations needs!
  • Do you have silhouettes in every size?
    Yes! We believe our brides should have endless style options. We carry ball gowns, a-lines, fit and flares, and sheath gowns.
  • How long will by appointment last?
    First time bridal appointments last 90 minutes. At this appointment, you should expect to have a pre-appointment consultation with your stylist. The purpose of this consultation is to meet your bridal stylist and discuss your vision for your wedding gown and overall look. Once the pre-appointment consultation is complete, your expert stylist will select 4-5 gowns that best encompass your vision. Your appointment will be a completely personalized one-on-one experience and your stylist will help you every step of the way as you complete your look and find your perfect gown!
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
    We recommend that you bring a good strapless bra, supportive shapewear and the approximate heel-size of your bridal shoes. Light makeup is ok, but please refrain from wearing heavy makeup and no body makeup.
  • How many guests can I bring?
    During the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that you limit your party to 3 treasured guests. We also ask that children remain at home at this time.
  • How long will it take my gown to arrive?
    You should expect your gown to arrive at our shop in approximately 4-6 months.
  • Oh no! I get married in 2 months? Can I purchase a gown off-the-rack?
    Yes, gowns may be purchased off the rack, if desired. Just know that you will likely still require alterations. Also, 'off-the-rack' gowns are sample gowns that have been tried on by other clients. When purchasing off-the-rack the dress will be sold as-is and cannot be discounted.
  • Are there modest options with sleeves?
    Absolutely! We carry gowns that have cap, three-quarter, and full-length sleeves. Also, keep in mind that sleeves, jackets, and boleros can be easily added to most gowns.
  • Do you have layaway?
    Yes! we want to make sure that you have every opportunity to have the dress of your dreams. We require that you place a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold/order your gown with the remaining balance placed on a four-month installment plan.
  • What is your return/cancellation policy?
    Once your order has been placed, there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final on all products at Eleven Bridal.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal and Cash. We do NOT accept checks.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
