A WORD ABOUT COVID-19
The wait is OVER!
Ladies, we are super excited to announce that Nashville is moving forward with phase 1 of reopening on Monday, May 11th. We are now accepting requests for private bridal appointments starting Friday, May 15th. We will be open by appointment only and not available for walk-ins. If you are interested in a priority appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As appointment spots are limited, we ask that you only request an appointment if you are ready to say yes to your dress. This is to ensure that every bride has the opportunity to shop with us in time for her big day.
Please know that we will continue to take every precaution to keep our employees and guests safe during your shopping experience. These precautions include, but are not limited to, frequent handwashing before and after appointments, use of personal protective equipment, disinfecting surfaces between appointments, and social distancing practices.
We ask that you please work with us as we implement these new changes. Until further notice, we ask that you limit your party to no more than 2 guests. In accordance with the CDC's recommendations, we are asking that ALL brides and their guests wear masks/face covers during the entirety of the appointment. We also ask that our brides please reschedule your appointment if within the last 14 days (1) you or any of your guests were/are under quarantine orders by a physician (2) you or any of your guests have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are awaiting results for COVID-19 diagnosis (3) you or any of your guests have had contact with a COVID-19 positive person, (4) you or any of your guests have symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell.
These are uncertain times, but we are committed to you now and in times to come. We cannot wait to see you and make you an Eleven Bride. Thank you for your cooperation, and please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
